FlatWorldWorks Is Open!

We want to thank you all for your continued support and can confirm we are open for business!

We’d like to take this opportunity to reassure you, our loyal clients, families and stakeholders, of the steps we’re taking in relation to any further spread of the COVID-19 virus, and how this may affect the level of service we provide.

  • Good hand hygiene

If we are required to close the office any affected candidates will receive a cancellation email from Pearson Vue or PSI. You can attempt to reschedule exams at a later date. Candidates with canceled exams will either receive a refund or an extension as determined by your exam sponsor.

FlatWorldWork Risk Control Measures

Travel to and from FlatWorldWorks

In order to minimise the risk of acquiring, transmitting or spreading infection FWW staff, apprentices and members of the public have been asked to adhear to the following measures:

  • Travel routes and modes of transport planned to allow best chance of maintaining social distancing
  • Travel times and/or working/invigilating hours staggered wherever reasonably practicable to allow best chance of maintaining social distancing
  • Blend home working and workplace working in order to reduce incidences of travel
  • Use adjustments to travel and consider working hours, to allow for social distancing in work area, offices, test centre, and common areas
  • Staff and candidates advised to use PPE while on public transport according to Government advice.

FlatWorld Pearson Vue Test Centre

Latest health & safety requirements for our FWW test centers

FlatWorldWorks are following recommendations from the Pearson Vue and World Health Organization for preventing the spread of COVID-19 and protecting testing candidates and our staff. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions about test center operations in accordance with government and local authorities. Please check this page often for frequent updates. We ask candidates to understand and comply with the health and safety guidelines outlined and what we are doing to keep fellow candidates safe:

  • Make use of hand sanitizer that are available in the waiting area and prior to entering the testing room
  • We have increase our cleaning and disinfecting regimens in between all testing appointments cleaning equiptment will be available if you wish to conduct additional cleaning before starting
  • We will provide tissues to candidates upon arrival at the test center
  • Candidates must bring and wear your own face mask while you're at the test center and throughout your exam. Any surgical or cloth face mask, including a homemade face mask, is acceptable as long as your nose and mouth are fully covered. Test administrators will inspect the masks before the exam
  • candidates are also allowed to wear disposable gloves during testing. Test administrators will inspect the gloves both before and after the exam, and the gloves will be disposed of in front of the proctor upon completion of the test.
  • Stay > 6 feet away from other people in the waiting area and during the admissions process.

What candidates need to know:

You will not be admitted to the test center and should reschedule your exam if… Unless…
You have tested positive for COVID-19:
  • You have been symptom-free and fever-free for at least 72 hours without the use of fever reducing medicine

AND

  • At least 14 days have passed since your last exposure, or you have received two negative COVID-19 test results in a row, 24 hours apart
You are currently experiencing or have experienced one or more associated symptoms within the last fourteen (14) days:

  • shortness of breath
  • cough
  • fever
  • chills
  • sore throat
  • loss of smell
You have been symptom-free and fever-free for at least 72 hours without the use of fever reducing medicine
You live with or have had close contact with someone who has confirmed or suspected COVID-19. At least 14 days have passed since your last exposure
Have been or are under home quarantine or centralized observation by government or healthcare authorities At least 14 days have passed since your quarantine or centralized observation has been lifted by the government or healthcare authorities
